1. Introduction and principles
1.1. This Policy applies to: (a) visitors to the InfoAi site; (b) Customers registered on the Platform; (c) Visitors to Customers’ public pages; (d) people who chat with the AI embedded on those pages.
1.2. We observe privacy principles including purpose limitation, data minimization, transparency, security, and accountability.
1.3. Use of the Platform is also subject to the Terms of Use.
2. Who we are
2.1. Processing described here is carried out by Global Solutions Tech LLC (EIN 38-4380985), at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming — USA, for the product and brand InfoAi (AI link in bio).
2.2. We are a U.S.-based technology group operating globally, providing the service to users in many countries, including the United States, Brazil, other South American jurisdictions, Europe, and other regions where InfoAi is available.
2.3. Official channels: suporte@infoai.bio (InfoAi support) and contact@globals.tech (corporate) · globals.tech.
3. Roles: controller and processor
3.1. Account and InfoAi site. For Customer registration data, billing, support, and browsing on the institutional site, InfoAi generally acts as a controller (or “business” under CCPA terminology).
3.2. Customer page and chat. When a Customer configures links, AI messages, and lead capture (name, WhatsApp, etc.), the Customer is the controller of those Visitor data. InfoAi acts as a processor (or “service provider”), processing data on the Customer’s behalf according to panel settings and instructions.
3.3. Customers should inform their Visitors (notices, their own privacy policy, legal bases) and respond to requests about leads and chats on their page; we can provide operational support when needed.
4. Data we collect
4.1. Platform Customers (examples):
- identity and contact: name, email, phone/WhatsApp;
- account data: password (stored securely/hashed), preferences, page and AI settings;
- billing and subscription data (via payment processors);
- configured content: links, texts, files, and assistant parameters;
- technical logs: IP, date/time, device/browser, dashboard usage events;
- communications with support.
4.2. Page Visitors and AI chat (examples):
- browsing and technical data (IP, user-agent, cookies/IDs needed to operate);
- content of messages exchanged with the AI;
- data voluntarily provided in chat (e.g., name, WhatsApp, preferences, intents);
- link clicks and interaction metrics on the Customer’s page.
4.3. We do not intentionally solicit sensitive data. We ask Customers and Visitors not to send sensitive data (health, biometrics, racial origin, political opinions, etc.) in chat unless strictly necessary and with an appropriate legal basis defined by the Customer.
5. Visitors and AI conversation — collection protocol
5.1. The AI may collect and process what the Visitor types or sends in the conversation, as well as session metadata, to:
- respond based on links and information configured by the Customer;
- qualify interest and route to the correct link or action;
- when enabled by the Customer, capture contacts and preferences (leads);
- generate metrics and reports for the Customer (e.g., frequent intents);
- prevent abuse, spam, and attacks on the Platform.
5.2. Visitors should provide only truthful information they are authorized to share. Messages may be stored for as long as needed for the Customer’s purposes and service operation.
5.3. AI models and processing infrastructure may involve technology providers. Where so, we use contractual and technical measures consistent with security and privacy principles.
5.4. Customers are responsible for configuring the AI ethically and lawfully (no deception, no unnecessary collection, respect for individual rights).
6. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data for legitimate purposes, for example:
- Providing the service / contract performance: create accounts, deliver the product, process subscriptions, support;
- Legal compliance: tax records, responses to valid authority requests;
- Legitimate interests / business purposes: security, fraud prevention, product improvement, aggregated metrics — balanced against individual rights;
- Consent: when required (e.g., optional marketing, non-essential cookies), which may be withdrawn;
- Establishing or defending legal claims.
When InfoAi is a processor, the primary legal basis for collection from Visitors is defined and disclosed by the Customer controller.
7. Data sharing
We may share data with:
- infrastructure, hosting, email, analytics, and AI model providers (processors/subprocessors);
- payment and anti-fraud processors;
- the Customer, for their Visitors’ and leads’ data;
- public authorities when legally required or under a valid order.
We do not sell personal data of Customers or Visitors as a product. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a way that constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” under CCPA, except as disclosed and subject to applicable opt-out rights.
8. Cookies, logs, and similar technologies
8.1. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, metrics, and service functionality.
8.2. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling essential cookies may impair the service.
9. Retention, security, and deletion
9.1. We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes, legal obligations, defense of rights, and Customer settings (e.g., chat history and leads in the dashboard).
9.2. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (access control, encryption in transit where applicable, monitoring, and secure development practices). No system is 100% invulnerable.
9.3. In relevant security incidents, we will take containment measures and provide notices as required by applicable law.
10. Your privacy rights (U.S. / CCPA-style and other laws)
Depending on your location, you may request:
- confirmation of processing and access to your data;
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- deletion of personal data, subject to legal exceptions;
- portability, where applicable;
- information about categories of data collected and parties we share with;
- withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent;
- opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable under CCPA/CPRA;
- non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
How to exercise rights: email suporte@infoai.bio with adequate identification. If the request concerns data processed by a Customer (leads/chat on their page), we may direct you to that Customer controller or help process the request operationally.
Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws may have additional rights under those statutes. Local laws outside the U.S. may also grant rights; we will respond consistent with applicable requirements.
11. International transfers
Data may be processed on servers or by vendors located outside your country, including in the United States. In those cases, we seek safeguards consistent with applicable law (contractual clauses, providers with adequate security and privacy standards, and other appropriate measures).
12. Children
The Platform is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without appropriate legal treatment. Customers must not configure the AI to collect children’s data improperly.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or product changes. The current version will be published on this page with an effective date. For material changes, we may notify Customers by email or dashboard notice.
